The San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau last week launched its first tourist Web site (https://www.sfvisitor.org), including detailed maps and an events calendar. . . . An island off Nassau bought by Holland America was to host its first commercial cruise passengers today, from the new Rotterdam. The company built a 45-acre complex of shops, restaurants and even a wedding chapel on the 2,400-acre uninhabited island for port calls by its ships.
