The U.S. Navy awarded a $280-million contract to Pasadena-based Parsons Corp. unit Parsons Infrastructure & Technology Group Inc. and UXB International of Virginia to clean up a munitions dump in Hawaii. The ordnance cleanup on the small island of Kaho’olawe--six miles southwest of Maui--is the largest project of its kind in the world, Parsons said. . . .
