Rock Harbor Church Proving Popular
One month after the opening of Rock Harbor Church in Costa Mesa, its services are attracting about 350 worshipers on Sundays.
Strong attendance does not come as a surprise, since Rock Harbor is an offshoot of the popular Mariner’s South Coast Church in Irvine and Newport Beach.
Rock Harbor, a community-based church, is Mariner’s first of many tentatively planned expansions. Rock Harbor opened Oct. 5 under Pastor Keith Page.
The church will host a holiday food drive at its 9:30 a.m. Sunday service in the new center, 695 W. 19th St. Information: (714) 640-6015, Ext. 102.
