Self-righteous congressmen who prod the entertainment establishment into incomprehensible ratings systems may find it inconvenient, but the fact is, Persons of Fame are regular guys, too. They’ve got moms, dads, husbands, wives, kids, ridiculous siblings, clueless pets. And just like the rest of us, they appear in formal wear at contrived events and get their pictures taken by the international press.
