Managers of Bank of America branches introduced the company’s advertising campaign to employees this week with an 11-minute video presentation followed by a quiz. In the campaign, created by Deutsch Inc. of Los Angeles, Bank of America portrays itself as an institution that stands ready to help customers with their financial needs at critical moments: a birth, a marriage. Instructions on the multiple-choice quiz papers warned, “Remember, no copying of your neighbor’s answers.” Here’s one of the 10 quiz questions about the information-packed video: Which three phrases best describe how we want you to think of the bank? (Circle three.) A. best place to bank, B. best place to work, C. best place to invest, D. best place to park.
