Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff Department are asking for help in locating a man and two women on outstanding felony warrants.
Stanley Keith Renick, 42, is wanted on drug charges, investigators said.
Renick was arrested Jan. 8, 1996, for possession of dangerous drugs, but he was released when the case was not filed with the court. The case was filed in March, however, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Renick is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds with green eyes and brown hair. His last known address was 866 Calle Nogal in Thousand Oaks.
Kirsten Michelle Hernandez, 26, allegedly violated the terms of her probation. She had been convicted on charges of selling and transporting drugs, officials said.
Hernandez is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She has a distinctive scar on her nose.
Investigators are also looking for Shante Catherine Welch, 19, after she failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and causing great bodily harm.
Welch had been arrested on suspicion of assault and released after promising to appear in court.
Family members believe she has fled to the Midwest. Her last known address was on Wendy Drive in Newbury Park. She is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. She has a scar on her left ear.
Investigators are encouraging anyone with information on any of the fugitives to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers’ hotline at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.
Tipsters can call anonymously and, if the information leads to an arrest and conviction, they could receive rewards of up to $1,000, officials said.
