Groups Raising Funds for Arts Scholarship

The Irvine-based Orange County Hispanic Education Endowment Fund and the Philharmonic Society of Orange County have joined together to establish a Performing Arts Scholarship.
The organizations already have raised $5,000 toward their goal of $25,000.
Since its inception in 1983, the Hispanic Education Endowment Fund has supported Latino students at all levels.
