Pacific Gulf Buys 4 Sites

Pacific Gulf Properties Inc., a Newport Beach real estate investment trust, said Monday it acquired four industrial properties in Orange County from the Koll Co. for $41.8 million. The properties, one each in Garden Grove and Irvine and two in Tustin, consist of 35 buildings containing 703,000 square feet. The Tustin and Irvine complexes are fully leased.
