Police Seek Public Help in Finding Rapist, Kidnapper

Police sought the public’s help Tuesday in finding a man wanted for kidnapping, beating and raping an 18-year-old woman in South-Central Los Angeles last month.
The woman was accosted at about 7 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 900 block of East 29th Street, said Los Angeles Police Detective Belinda Gomez.
“She was walking west on East 29th Street toward Griffith Avenue when she was confronted by the suspect, who forced her into his parked van at knifepoint,” Gomez said. Anyone with information can call (213) 846-6569
