Throughout November and December, visitors to the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace can get guided tours to the sprawling gardens on the grounds, with their perennials, shrubs, flowering trees and seemingly endless varieties of roses.
The 30-minute, docent-led tours will be available continuously from 10 a.m. to noon every Saturday.
They will include the California Formal Gardens and the museum’s 120-foot reflecting pool, the First Lady’s Rose Garden and the Memorial Gardens, the site of President and Mrs. Nixon’s graves.
The library is at 18001 Yorba Linda Blvd. Information: (714) 993-5075.
