When it opens in late 1999, the Birch Street Promenade will see new tenants, including Market City Caffe, Chico’s women’s apparel, Folk Creations, Star Nails, Cigar Bar, Juice Burst and Zen Zoo Tea, officials recently announced.
An Edwards Cinema, next to the project, is set to open in December. Other tenants are expected to join in coming weeks, said Richard Ressler, president of CIM Group, the developer.
Each of the Promenade’s six buildings will be designed by a different architect, which officials said they hope will unite an exciting mix of architecture, urban design, landscaping and art.
