A look at the NBA lockout through Monday:
* Games lost Monday: Two.
* Total games missed: 99.
* Negotiations: David Stern and Billy Hunter haven’t met or spoken since Nov. 6.
* Today’s best canceled game: Chicago at Dallas: The Bulls return to site of their most stunning loss, when they blew a 19-point, fourth-quarter lead and went on to lose, 104-97, in overtime.
Because of a wire service error, the number of lockout days was incorrect in Monday’s edition.
