* Brown & Weiner of Woodland Hills won a $151,315 contract from the U.S. Postal Service in Denver, Colo., for leasing facilities.
* Control Sciences Inc. of Chatsworth won a $110,600 contract from Robins Air Force Base in Georgia for electrical components.
