The Fullerton Museum Center’s “Super Saturdays” art education and activities program for families returns this month.
The first event, “Day of the Dead Arts and Crafts” on Oct. 24, will teach participants about the Mexican holiday in which families honor their departed ancestors.
Other upcoming workshops include silk painting, artistic tinwork and holiday greeting cards.
Workshops are from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the museum, 301 N. Pomona Ave. The fee is $5 for Fullerton Museum Center members and $6 for others. Some events require additional fees for materials.
Children must be at least 5 to participate and accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Space is limited and reservations are required. Information: (714) 738-6545.
