7 Killed in Storm; Tornadoes Injure 13

Fierce storms deluged the Kansas City area with rain, sweeping away cars, collapsing a bridge and leaving seven people dead and two missing, while tornadoes in Oklahoma injured at least 13 people and demolished homes and businesses. Roofs were curled back, shingles and broken glass littered sidewalks, bricks toppled from the sides of businesses and homes and trees were uprooted.
