Hours Restored on Some Popular Attractions

The Magic Kingdom has backed further away from an unpopular decision to restrict the hours of 23 attractions. The Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad rides will open when the full park does, said Gomez, the spokesman.
The rides, along with the Pirates of the Caribbean and Innoventions attractions, had already seen their closing hours restored. On weekdays, the Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder rides will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Many other attractions, including Mickey’s Toontown, are closing early and opening late, Gomez said. Park officials suggest that guests check at information booths to be sure they will be able to visit their favorite attractions.
