Fountain Valley tumbled four spots in the county top 10 after its 24-7 loss to unranked Trabuco Hills. Huntington Beach moved up three spots after defeating Dana Hills, 7-6. The Oilers fumbled four times in that game. “We’ll have to do a better job of taking care of the ball against Fountain Valley,” Huntington Beach Coach Tony Ciarelli said. The Oilers are off to their best start since 1993 thanks to a defense, led by linebacker Adam Nyssen, that has given up only 12 points. Baron quarterback Ryan Breska, averaging 20 yards a pass, will test the secondary.
