Fidelity to Offer Investors Updates Via Pager
- Share via
Fidelity Investments is offering its customers the option of receiving market updates and account value information via their pagers starting Monday. And in January, some Fidelity investors will receive two-way pagers allowing them to shoot messages back to Fidelity so the investment house can execute trades on their behalf. The first installment of InstantBroker uses “push” technology to send market information to customers who request it, information tailored to the customer’s request. Investors can opt to receive updates on the value of their accounts as many as eight times a day.
