Meeting Will Discuss Plan for Police Commission

A group of community activists will hold a town hall meeting tonight to drum up support for the creation of a police commission in the city.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 530 W. Alondra Blvd.
Representatives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s parole department will address the gathering.
