Consolidated Foundries Sells Hueneme Building

Consolidated Foundries sold its 55,858-square-foot industrial building in Port Hueneme to Michael Stackpoole for $2.3 million.
Stackpoole, a Santa Barbara resident, will lease the property back to Consolidated Foundries for 10 years.
Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
