COUNTYWIDE : Sheriff’s Department Requests Public’s Help in Finding 4 Fugitives

The Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people wanted for allegedly violating their probation. Arrest warrants have been issued for each.

Erica Lynn Nelson, 25, who also uses the last names Farrington and Gladden, was convicted of possessing a controlled substance.

She was last known to have lived in the 2300 block of Snow Avenue in Simi Valley. She is white, 5 feet 5, 150 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. The name Troy is tattooed on her chest, and Erica on her left leg.

Jose Angel Ruiz, 25, also was convicted of possessing a controlled substance. He was last known to have lived in the 400 block of North G Street in Oxnard, and he last worked at a produce company in Ventura.

He is Latino, 5 feet 7, 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Kathy Marie Tracey, also known as Katherine Mintey, Kathryn Mentee and Kathryn Tracey, 46, was convicted of battery, resisting arrest and assault with a deadly weapon.

She was last known to have lived in the 200 block of Encino Drive in Ojai.

Tracey is white, 5 feet 1, 140 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. On her left arm are tattoos of a dream catcher and a spider.

Matthew Alexander Young, 32, was convicted of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

He was last known to have lived in the 1200 block of West Guava Street in Oxnard and last worked at a store specializing in back-care products in Oxnard.

Young is white, 5 feet 5, 165 pounds, and has blond hair and blue eyes.

On his left arm is a tattoo of the Tasmanian Devil cartoon character, and a band is tattooed around his left calf.
