The developer of more than 30 artists lofts expects the project to be completed as early as the end of May. Westwood-based Commercial Investment Management is building the 750-square-foot lofts in a redevelopment area along West Birch Street and South Brea Boulevard.
Patrick O’Rourke, the company’s property manager, said the firm is receiving about 15 inquiries a day.
The rent for the lofts, which include a kitchen and full-size private bath, will be $750 to $850.
