The City Council this week appointed Sheryll A. Schroeder as the new city clerk. Schroeder, who comes to Anaheim after serving 11 years as the legislative services director and city clerk for the city of Upland, replaces longtime City Clerk Leonora Sohl, who retired in June. Sohl served as Anaheim city clerk for 15 years. City officials held a farewell banquet for her this month.
