The City Council tonight will consider approving a conditional use permit for Plaza Lafayette to expand an employee parking lot at a vacant railroad property on Newport Avenue.
Also on the agenda are consideration of a conditional use permit for an E Z Lube, 12972 Newport Ave., to construct a drive-thru oil change facility and a review of building codes. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 300 Centennial Way. Information: (714) 573-3000.
