A $30,000 construction project is underway to improve curbs, gutters, sidewalks and streets on the southwest corner of Chapman Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, under a plan approved recently by the city’s Agency for Community Development. The agency is working out development agreements for a hotel-restaurant project on an 18-acre site at the intersection, and the improvements are part of that plan. Information: (714) 741-5121.
