Miss Garden Grove and her court, along with Mayor Bruce Broadwater and Assemblyman Ken Maddox (R-Garden Grove) will be among those in attendance for the dedication ceremony for the new Hilton Garden Inn today at 4:30 p.m. The event marks the end of a yearlong, $16-million hotel development, the first to be completed in the Garden Grove Renaissance Project area. A fireworks display and reception will follow the dedication. The hotel is at 11777 Harbor Blvd. Information: (714) 620-2138.
