The city’s Animal Care Center is holding its fourth annual Bayers to Barkers Dog-Walk-a-Thon on Nov. 13.
Participants start the route at the pier at 9 a.m., go to 1st Street and back to the pier. There will be free refreshments, and entry forms can be picked up at the center, at 1700 Adolph Lopez Drive.
