Fullback Michael Diggs of Channel Islands is expected to play sparingly, if at all, in a Pacific View League game against Oxnard tonight.
Diggs, a senior, has rushed for 462 yards and six touchdowns in 46 carries this season, but an ankle injury kept him out of the Raiders’ 34-16 loss to Santa Barbara two weeks ago.
He gained six yards in two carries against Hueneme last week before aggravating the injury and missing the rest of the game.
