Thousand Oaks Hillcrest Christian def. Liberty Christian, 17-15, 18-16, 15-13--Jenna Meyers and Kim Haig combined for 49 kills for the No. 2 seeded Saints in a Division V-A semifinal victory at Hillcrest Christian.

Meyers had 25 kills, five blocks and 10 digs and served the final six points of the first game.

Haig had 24 kills, six blocks and 14 digs for the Saints (23-1), who trailed in the first and second games.

Cortney Carpenter served six consecutive points, including two of her three aces, to put Hillcrest Christian back into the second game.

Granada Hills def. Carson, 15-9, 15-7, 15-4--Junior Christina Baca had seven kills, 12 digs and four aces to lead the No. 2-seeded Highlanders in a City Invitational semifinal at Granada Hills.

Cindi Dingman added 15 assists for Granada Hills, which plays in the championship match at Occidental College on Friday.

Bishop Montgomery def. La Canada, 15-4, 15-6, 15-10--Cerina Pele had 15 kills and Katie Olsovsky added 14 for top-seeded Bishop Montgomery (27-3) in a Division III-AA semifinal win over the fourth-seeded Spartans (18-1) at La Canada.
