An Idea Pans Out

In Barry Stone’s Nov. 7 “Ask the Inspector” column, he indicated that washing machine overflow pans are not available in stores. I work in a hardware store and we sell a plastic washing machine pan that measures 29 inches by 30 inches with a drain hole. The price is $24. Being a small neighborhood store, we do not stock the pans but can order them.
