“White Trash Wins Lotto,” singer-songwriter Andy Prieboy’s satirical musical skewering the Axl Rose saga and the music biz in general, started as a whim and became a hit when it was presented in bare-bones form periodically at Largo during the last year. The show now has put on fancier duds for a bigger production at the Roxy, with an eye toward an extended engagement next year.
