* Impco Technologies Inc., a Cerritos-based maker of systems that let internal-combustion engines run on propane and natural gas, said a $100-million cash offer from Germany’s Beru is inadequate. Last week, ignition systems maker Beru made the unsolicited $14-a-share offer for the 85% of Impco’s shares that it doesn’t already own. Impco shares fell 75 cents to close at $13.50 on Nasdaq.
