A farewell reception will be held Thursday for departing Rossmoor/Los Alamitos Area Sewer District General Manager Sandra Montez.
After 13 years with the district, the Cypress resident will be retiring. The reception will begin at 7 p.m. in the board room before the directors’ regular meeting at 3243 Katella Ave.
