The Chamber of Commerce will hold a booster breakfast Wednesday at 7 a.m. at the Holiday Inn-Buena Park, 7000 Beach Blvd.
Police Chief Richard M. Tefank will be the speaker. Tefank will address community safety and the decline of crime in the city.
