Noisy Peacocks

I read with interest “Noisy Peacocks Ruffle Feathers” (July 31). The residents of Rancho Palos Verdes are not alone with their peacock problem. Arcadia is also under siege. Those of us who take pride in our yards cringe with anger and frustration as we survey the damage done to flowers, shrubs and vegetable gardens by those birds. Neither the Los Angeles County Arboretum nor the city of Arcadia offers any assistance or solution to the problem. If Dennis Fett has a “magic bullet,” pass it on.
