Spurrier: Move to Redskins Is Unlikely

Florida Coach Steve Spurrier has talked to the Washington Redskins about becoming their head coach, but he says it’s highly unlikely he will leave the Gators.

“There’s a very, very, very remote, slim chance,” he told the Gainesville Sun. “You always keep a little crack open. But the odds are very slim. I’d be foolish to leave here with what we have coming back next season. I’ve got it made.”
