* Humana Inc. reached an agreement to sell its Medicaid business in Wisconsin to a unit of Centene Corp. and part of its Texas Medicaid unit to a joint venture of Centene and a Texas company. Terms of the transactions weren’t disclosed. Humana, the No. 2 operator of Medicare health maintenance organizations, has said it will divest some businesses to focus on more profitable ones.
