UC Irvine 74, Pittsburgh 70--Lisa Woznick made two free throws with 7.2 seconds remaining to secure the victory for host Irvine. Wendy Gabbe scored a career-high 22 points and Cindy Oparah had 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Anteaters (7-5).
Portland 67, Cal State Fullerton 47--The Titans lost their 23rd game in a row, dating back to last season.
Tamara Quinn scored 17 points and Heather Hansen had a career-high 15 rebounds for the Titans (0-10), who trailed by 21 at halftime and as many as 32. Ashlee Giles led Portland (8-3) with 23 points.
