More than 800 runners are expected to be at the starting line of the Brea 8K Classic Run/Walk beginning at 8 a.m. Sunday at Brea Mall. The course, roughly 5 miles, starts and ends at the mall, and includes a 1K race for children.

Registration is $20 for adults, $15 for children under 12, and includes a commemorative T-shirt, food, beverages and awards for the top runners in each category. Sign-ups will be accepted the day of the race beginning at 6:30 a.m. at the mall.
