The Police Department’s Citizens Academy will graduate 18 students on May 31 at the Yorba Linda Community Center. Guest speakers will include Brea Mayor Bev Perry and Yorba Linda Mayor Ken Ryan.
The graduates all live in either Brea or Yorba Linda. The academy is a 12-week program that enables residents to learn about the operations of the Police Department, including information about how residents can join in community problem-solving.
