The City Council on Monday approved sending a letter to the Transportation Corridor Agencies opposing a proposed 125-foot-high cellular antenna facility on the Eastern Transportation Corridor. The council agreed the structure, which would provide cell phone service, would be visually intrusive to Tustin residents.
