The Children’s Museum at La Habra will host the spring exhibit of dinosaur artwork from 6 to 8:30 p.m. today for parents and children involved in the Hola Stegosaurus program.
Targeting low-income Latino families learning English as a second language, Hola Stegosaurus is an art and science program that aims to bring parents and students together through education, museum officials said.
Participants improve language, reading and art skills, while also studying about dinosaurs and paleontology. Original artwork by children from Los Lomas and Walnut elementary schools will be on display in the museum’s multipurpose room, and other exhibits will be open as well.
The museum is at 301 S. Euclid St. Information: (562) 905-9793.
