The City Council tonight will consider giving final approval to an ordinance that would allow the city to remove graffiti from private property if it can be seen from a public area. The new policy would require the city to obtain permission from the property owner before removal, however.
The council will meet at 6 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Information: (714) 647-6520.
