Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian launched a fund-raising campaign at the Four Seasons Hotel, Newport Beach, on Monday to raise $50 million for construction of a Women’s Pavilion at the Newport Beach campus.
The seven-story, 309-000-square-foot unit will nearly double the hospital’s clinical space. It will feature birthing facilities, specialized care for high-risk deliveries and an imaging center. It is scheduled to open in 2004. The expansion will be the first for the Newport Beach facility in more than 25 years. Information: (949) 574-6943.
