The La Palma Seniors Club will hold an open house Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the city’s Parks and Recreation Department office, 7821 Walker St.
A variety of activities are planned for the day, including bingo. The club gives residents 50 and older an opportunity to meet new friends and mingle, with planned potlucks, fund-raisers and community service events. Yearly membership is $5. Information: (714) 690-3353.
