The City Council is expected to adopt a resolution approving the purchase contracts for two lots in the Town Center development at its meeting tonight.
The council approved the purchase price for the site in August and directed staff to finalize the deal.
If the resolution is approved, the city will buy just under two acres on El Paseo at El Portal from K&G; Equities for $1.1 million. The city is buying the lots as a potential site for a city hall.
The City Council meets tonight at 7 at the Trabuco Canyon Water District headquarters, 32003 Dove Canyon Drive.
