Want to “gamble” on a good cause? The Orange County chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is hosting its annual MS Casino Auction on Saturday. The evening features Vegas-style casino “gambling,” including blackjack, craps, roulette and track betting. Silent-auction items include weekend trips, sports merchandise and products from local merchants. All proceeds benefit the programs, services and research of the Orange County chapter.

“Trilogy of Glasswork,” an exhibition opening at Bowers Museum of Cultural Art, features glass as art and artifact. The show focuses on glass designs made in ancient Rome to the present day, with pieces by Dale Chiluly and Loretta Hui-shan Yang.
