10-Year-Old Girl Is in Texas With Her Father

A 10-year-old girl reported by family members to have been abducted Friday is in Texas with her father, police confirmed Monday.
Hailey Benton is with her father, Daren Hashitsume, in Harris County, Texas, a spokesman for the Santa Ana Police Department said.
“He has legal custody of the child, and documentation that proves it,” Lt. Bob Chavez said.
