Back Transfers to Fountain Valley

Senior Camron Carmona, who averaged 6.1 yards a carry last season at Mater Dei but had yet to run the ball this season, transferred to Fountain Valley on Tuesday.
Carmona, also a defensive back, rushed for 546 yards last season, but was displaced in the backfield by Rafael Rice, a transfer from Los Angeles Loyola.
“I just wasn’t happy, wasn’t having fun,” Carmona said.
