Judge Orders Deposition in Blake Civil Suit

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Friday ordered actor Robert Blake to be deposed Jan. 15 in a civil lawsuit brought by the four children of his slain wife, Bonny Lee Bakley.
Judge David M. Schacter also ordered Bakley’s adult children, Glenn and Holly Gawron, to be deposed Jan. 6 and 7 in Tennessee. Bakley’s other two children are minors, including the daughter she had with Blake. Bakley was fatally shot in Studio City last year.
Blake, 69, has pleaded not guilty to murder, conspiracy and soliciting murder.
